  • We will be in touch via Whatsapp between sessions and set up an accountability system that works for you.

My coaching encourages exploration in all areas of your life pertaining to your health and well-being. We move beyond the basics and if you are looking to make improvements in your overall health, you need to be open to working with more than just nutrition and exercise. This could mean discussing your health history, family life, relationships(especially the one with yourself, and your dreams. My approach includes the whole body, mind, and feelings- this means understanding yourself on a deeper level. We focus on identifying imbalances, specifically hormones, but understand that we focus on the root cause, not just the symptoms. We work together to help you achieve transformative growth and vitality. You must first make the commitment to yourself. This is the standard. I only accept serious clients who are willing to go all in and invest in themselves.
